Beryl’s Paintings

As regular readers of the Befouled Weakly News will know, Penny’s mum Beryl has taken up oil painting over the past few months. As we wrote in our Christmas newsletter, she is actually quite good and “you can even recognise what it is she’s painting most of the time.”

Several people have asked to see the results of her labours so here are a few to be going on with. You can click an image to see a larger version.

  1. Nice! Beryl, I think you have mastered the Dutch cloud. I always have marveled at the famous Dutch painters whose work is in museums. And I always thought those were stylized clouds in. their masterpieces, until we landed in Amsterdam and that’s exactly what the clouds looked like.
